Before suggesting start wave levels, we'd like to ask you a few questions. This questionnaire helps us point you toward the start wave that best suits you, so you can make the most of the event. You can always choose a different start level if you feel another one fits your level better.

1. What is your experience with canicross?

None, this will be a first. I've already taken part in a few training sessions or races. I practice regularly (several times a month). I regularly take part in competitions.

2. How would you describe your dog's physical condition for running?

They've never run long distances. They can run about 5 km without difficulty. They're used to running between 8 and 10 km. They train regularly for long, sustained efforts.

3. What is your goal for this race?

Discover the activity and enjoy the course. Finish the 10 km at my own pace. Achieve a good time. Aim for the best possible performance.

4. On a 10 km course with obstacles, you think you can:

Alternate walking and running. Run most of the course with a few breaks if needed. Run the 10 km without major difficulty. Maintain a fast pace from start to finish.
